Not everyone comes to Lovejoy to get an abortion and I was one of those people. I knew abortion was not an option for me, but the Lovejoy staff is extremely understanding, compassionate and competent - they didn't just let me go without any help or direction in my life. They explained several options I did have. For example, they could facilitate an adoption (full privacy, trusted lawyer they have worked with for many years) or if you decide to keep the child they WILL help you to get help from setting up birth classes to your post-partum. Additionally, they don't just "forget" about you at the end. They follow up with you on your well-being and provide the best birth control for you. Lovejoy had truly helped me overcome many fears and they were supportive and non-judgmental beyond my expectations. If you need to learn about all of your options, meet with Kayla. She is knowledgeable and friendly.

This was an emotional and uncomfortable situation. The staff made me feel at ease with my decision and gave me all the support I needed to get me through this time in my life. I was 22 and not ready to have a child. I'm sure they don't hear this enough but thank you. I now have two amazing children and couldn't be happier.

They are very friendly and heplful , funny and caring when you are faced with tough desicions that you have to make and make the process easier for you step by step.
